Why we built this.

In 2011, I returned to Morocco and saw the same paradox everywhere: thousands of graduates, companies unable to find the skills they need. The problem wasn't pedagogical — it was an infrastructure problem.

In 2019, I founded Ark-x to fix it. One ecosystem that trains, verifies, and connects. 1,800 talents later, the realization expanded: Morocco's best tech profiles are worth as much as any engineer in the world. But no reliable channel exists to prove it.

The Talent Agency was born from that realization. Not to "place" people. To represent them. The way an agent represents an athlete — because talent deserves someone who knows its value and can defend it.
