Who we're looking for.
We are looking for a practitioner who knows how to transmit.
Technical experience
You have mastered at least one of these tracks — Web Development (Front, Back, Full Stack), Data & AI, DevOps & Cloud, Cybersecurity, Automation. You have worked in production, not just in training environments.
Pedagogical ease
You have already explained technical concepts to non-initiates — whether through mentoring, onboarding, technical presentations, or team self-training. Formal teaching experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Industry experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the tech sector. Company or freelance. What we value: real-world exposure.
Language
French required. Technical English is appreciated.
