HAMZA DEBBARH
Hamza Debbarh grew up in a family of educators. His father, a primary school teacher. His mother, a professor. The idea that every problem has a pedagogical solution has been familiar to him since childhood.
In 2011, he returned to Morocco after studying in France and saw the same paradox everywhere: thousands of graduates, companies unable to find the skills they need. The problem wasn't pedagogical — it was an infrastructure problem.
In 2022, he founded Ark-x to fix it. One ecosystem that trains, verifies, and connects. 1,800 talents later, the realization expanded: Morocco's best tech profiles are worth as much as any engineer in the world. But no reliable channel exists to prove it.
